Overview

You will play 10 rounds of the Money Request Game with another participant.

Token System

In this game, you will earn tokens. At the end, your total tokens will be converted to real money at a rate of 20 tokens = $1.

The Money Request Game

In each round, both you and your opponent will simultaneously choose a number from 1 to 6. This is your "request."

How Earnings Are Calculated

1. You receive the number of tokens you requested (e.g., if you request 4, you receive 4 tokens)
2. Bonus: If your request is exactly one less than your opponent's request, you receive an additional 10 token bonus

Your Earnings = Your Request (in tokens) + Bonus (if applicable)

Examples

Payment

Your payment is based on your total tokens earned across all 10 rounds. At the end, your total tokens will be converted to dollars (20 tokens = $1).

Important Notes

• You will play with the same opponent for all rounds
• Both players make their choices simultaneously—you will not know your opponent's choice until after you submit yours
• After each round, you will see both choices and earnings for that round
• Your final payment = Base payment + Total tokens converted to dollars + Quality bonus (if earned)
